Turquoise Jewelry

Turquoise. An awesome color and an amazing stone. A natural gem of turquoise set in sterling silver is a piece of jewelry that everyone should have in their jewelry box collection. Did you know that The Russian Store has more than just Baltic amber in their jewelry collection? They also offer hand-crafted turquoise jewelries in all price ranges, mostly authentic turquoise from the American Southwest (Real turquoise unless otherwise stated as synthetic or created).

Natural Turquoise Beads Necklace
Natural Turquoise Beads NecklaceA classic turquoise beaded necklace, like the one pictured on the left, is a great way to add some color to a mostly black or mostly white outfit. Each natural bead has its own uniqueness; some beads have turquoise 'veins' or 'spider webs' in them (dark lines and spots found naturally in this stone) while others are completely solid in the cool blue/green color.

In case you were wondering, this particular necklace retails for $76.99 (available now, click on the image). It is approximately 19" long, and the beads are about 3/16" in size.

Turquoise is one of the stones for December birthdays, so if you want to impress your friend, spouse, relative, or whomever with an exceptional and thoughtful gift for their birthday in December, pick out a turquoise pendant or a turquoise tie-clip! But, you don't have to be a December baby to love and wear turquoise... this stone looks great on everybody, all year round, Summertime to Wintertime! And, it looks great with most blue jeans. ;-)

Turquoise is also...
- one of the oldest gemstones in the world.
- thought of as a healing stone and a stone that attracts success, among other things.
- the gemstone for 11th wedding anniversaries.
